What happens to post you receive for me?

We open the envelopes, date-stamp each item, scan each page and notify you that we have received the item and then store the item.

Unless you instruct us otherwise, we retain every item for 28 days and then send it to for shredding in a secure and confidential environment. The shredded paper is then sent for recycling.

Upon request, we can store post beyond the usual retention period of one month, free of charge.

You can also ask us to forward any item to you. There is a handling fee of £4.99, plus the cost of postage, which is charged for all letter items forwarded. For parcels the handling fee is £4.99 for each parcel, plus post or freight charges.
