How am I billed?

You will pay an initial set-up fee upon registering for our services – this will be the stated recurring amount for the specific service that you sign up to. Our services are then chargeable in arrears, annually for the Very light User service and monthly for Light, Regular and Business Users.

If you accrue additional charges (e.g. for mail forwarding services, or if your usage is in excess of the inclusive amount) then we shall make an interim charge to account for such services.

An invoice will be sent to your secure ScanMyPost account 15 days before payment is due to be taken.

The fee may increase from time to time in which case we will inform you at least 14 days before the new fee comes into effect.
