Combining all the advantages of a UK service address and an online scan-to-internet service, ScanMyPost’s Regular User service is designed to enable you to remove the majority of important post from your letterbox and instead to have all post from persons or organisations you select to be delivered online.

First we provide you with a real, UK address, and you then provide this address to each and every company or person you choose to advise. All post from those persons or companies are then sent directly to us. We open and scan each item, then notify you by email (or SMS if you prefer, and are in the UK), so that you can log in to ScanMyPost, access your mail online, and manage it as you wish.

You pick which companies you wish us to receive your post from. This means that you choose when to keep your home address private.

The Regular User package includes the scanning of 150 pages per month. Any extra pages are charged at 36p. One subscription can cover both you and your partner, if you wish, offering incredible value for money.

Scanned items of post are kept available for you to view for as long as you subscribe, though you can organise your post into categories, or delete those items you don’t want to keep.

The original items are confidentially shredded and recycled after 28 days, unless you ask for the original to be stored.

If we receive packages or items of value, such as cheques, passports, life policies and the like, we automatically forward them to your home address, and you’ll be charged a small packing and administration fee of £4.99 plus cost of postage. Any overseas postage or freight will also be charged at £4.99 plus the cost of postage.
