If you’re a busy business traveller, you’ll appreciate more than most the ability to view your conventional post online, regularly, from anywhere in the World. Just as importantly, you’ll also appreciate not having to deal with a massive pile of unopened post on your return home.
Business Travellers are given a UK service address which can be passed to as many contacts and organisations as you like – and which can be given out in stages, when you like, as you get to rely on and enjoy the benefits of having your conventional mail delivered to us, scanned, and being notified promptly by email each time we receive an item for you.

You can view and manage any item on your laptop – anywhere you can find an internet connection. You can simply leave it stored on your account for as long as you like, organise your post by ‘tagging’ items into categories, or shred the online version of any item of post.
Most original items will be kept for a month and then confidentially destroyed. You’ll have the scanned images for as long as you subscribe. If you would like us to forward a particular item to you, we charge a small packing and administration fee of from £3.50 to include UK postage (any overseas postal or freight costs are charged extra). If you’d prefer us to store any item of post for you, we charge 32p per item per month.
For added peace of mind you can send yourself (to your ScanMyPost address) photocopies of your passport and of the front of the credit cards you take with you, your travel itinerary, travel insurance schedule and all important contact numbers. If they are lost or stolen, you’ll be able to retrieve details from your ScanMyPost account in moments, saving valuable time in sorting matters out in an emergency.
